Free transportation or shuttle buses is usually provided by the parking lots to and from the airport stopping at all terminals. Please allow 15-20 minutes extra for check-in and transportation to your terminal, unless otherwise stated on your Parking Confirmation. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. When making a reservation, please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT your flight departure and arrival times). Upon your return, there are courtesy phones in the baggage area or a phone number on your claim check to call for pick-up. Some shuttle buses constantly circle the airport. At a few parking facilities, you will be taken to the airport in your own car and returned via shuttle bus.

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund any time up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. We are unable to accept cancellations after or during your scheduled arrival date . Please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

The parking lots are generally fenced, lighted and secure. Some facilities are covered or indoor. Parking lots are open 24 hours per day.

We only charge a one day rate per each reservation. The remaining balance is paid at the parking lot. The remainder ("Pay at Lot" price) you will pay at the parking facility. Our parking affiliates accept cash and all major credit cards.

You must present your Reservation Confirmation to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your Reservation Confirmation to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date. Reservation Confirmation was emailed to you right after you have made parking reservation.
